Ichigen Ramen was founded in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 2009. The shrimp broth is made with lots of vegetables and pork bones, giving it a sweet taste.
 The unique shrimp sauce provided with the package adds umami flavor to the soup and makes the ramen more cooked.
 Each box is for 2 people, and comes with 2 packs of 125g raw noodles, 2 packs of concentrated soup stock, and 2 packs of shrimp oil.

 Note: This ramen uses raw noodles, which have a short shelf life of about 3 weeks. It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator after receiving it.
