Lucky Bag shipping adjustments apply only to eligible orders; if used incorrectly, we may contact you to arrange an additional payment, adjustment, or cancellation.

2. Dispatch times vary for in-stock and pre-order items. Please refer to each product page and current stock status. Japanese holidays, peak seasons, flight disruptions, or logistics issues may cause delays. We will contact you by email or message if there is a significant change.

3. Please check the items, quantities, and delivery details before payment. Products are inspected before dispatch, and we recommend recording the parcel when opening it. If a missing, incorrect, or clearly damaged item is verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution such as reshipment or refund.

4. Cookies, rice crackers, and similar foods may break during international transit. Chocolate, frosting, butter, cheese, and similar products may soften or melt due to temperature. Please consider these transit-related appearance changes before ordering.
